Our dishes are all prepared with passion by our chefs,
who pay attention to the choice of fresh and quality ingredients. 

 

 

 

Our menus are constantly updated based on the period and the season, to offer you the best products.

 

The meats, oils and cheeses mainly come from local suppliers who select some of the main Tuscan specialties.

Such as Mucco Pisano and Chianina, Cinta pork and the exclusively local lamb from Parco di Migliarino – Massaciuccoli, among meats. But also the pecorino cheeses, the organic ricotta, the fresh fish from Tirreno Sea and the fresh handmade pasta.

The extensive wine list features an excellent selection of local and national labels to create the best pairings with the dishes on the menu.
